Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial property management experience.
• Experience with AppFolio, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and WhatsApp.
• Knowledge of AIR commercial lease forms, lease administration, billing, and accounting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Experience negotiating with vendors, reviewing bids, and controlling costs.
• Sales, leasing, and tenant placement experience.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams, including vendors, construction crews, operations personnel, and property technicians.
• Ability to prioritize emergencies, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• College degree preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations, tenant relations, and lease administration.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, construction projects, and property inspections.
• Manage vendors and field teams, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of work.
• Track rent collections, expenses, work orders, and tenant accounts.
• Negotiate vendor pricing and support leasing, sales, and tenant placement.
• Communicate professionally with ownership, tenants, vendors, and contractors.
